Being a show stopper is what this one is all about!  Bold ruby tones are at the center peice of this floral beauty, featuring red phesant feathers and various rooster tail feathers, red paper rice flower and a single red silk rose.  A stiking ruby velvet hat band trimped with French gimp braided trim surrounds the base, and warm golden yellow accent flowers, including two realistic silk roses finish off the details.The hat itself is a wool blend and has a wonderful stretch to the circumfrence to allow a good half inch give.  Measuring 13" across, 9" tall and 24" from front to wispy floral end, with a head circumfrance of 7.5".Feathers may be smoothed if they become ruffled during transport or normal wear.  Florals are all hot glued securely in place, but I would not reccomend leaving your hat in a very high heat setting, ie. direct, hot sunlight, or on a heater.
