These incredible hats start as 100% veggie tanned leather, which is then hand cut, dyed, finished and sewn by our leather master in residance, Mike.Per his own patterns, these hats are designed to stand up to  wind, weather and all the salt spray Calipso herself can throw at them!!One size fits most, but they are geared for a gentleman's head size.  A nice head wrap takes care of any loose fit, in most cases.
